Bruise Relief Oil (10ml)

The Bruise Relief Oil Blend has the following 4 ingredients:

Organic Hemp Seed Oil (cannabis sativa) ~ analgesic, anti-inflammatory, soothing.

Arnica Gel (arnica montana) ~ reduces discolouration from bruising

Frankincense (Olibanum) ~ analgesic, reduces inflammatory allergic reactions, relieves tension, reduces joint pain and soreness, aids relaxation.

Helichrysm (H Italicum) ~ soothing, calming, reduces swelling, relaxes tight muscles & connective tissue, stimulates cellular regeneration.

Directions for use:

Shake well before each use to mix the oil and arnica gel. Using the roller ball, gently roll once or twice, the length over any bruising where required and massage gently till absorbed.

Can be used as required and a little goes a long way.
